Save Time With Our Alternative Services
The drive up remodel at our Main financial services center (822 Commerce in Longview) is underway, and we hope you’ll pardon our dust. Our Main lobby may start getting busier while the drive up is under construction, so we encourage you to consider these alternative service options:
- Use our walk-up ITM at the entrance or the drive up ITM (with Virtual Rep functionality) on the north side of the building.
- Use Online/Mobile Banking to transfer funds, make a loan payment, or deposit a check without a trip to the credit union.
- Visit one of our four other financial services centers in Longview/Kelso, all less than three miles away.
Once the remodel is complete, the Main drive up will house three ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines), available 24/7. Each ITM will feature Virtual Representative service with friendly, local employees 7:30am-6:30pm Monday through Saturday. Our Main drive up staff have been reallocated to more efficiently engage with our members across our service areas.
